Terms of Trade

  1. Search AAJT Exports stock list and Contact our Sale Staff to place an order.
  2. We require all customer to make a deposit of 50% of the C&F(Cost and Freight) price by T/T(Telegraphic Transfer), with in 5 working days.
  3. Once the Accounts Department receive Your payment, we will try to arrange the shipment as per your preferred date or request.
  4. The copies of BL, Export Certificate, Inspection certificate (if any) and other required documents will be send to the customer once the ship departs from Japan.
  5. Original Documents will be send to the customer once the accounts department receive the remaining balance.
  6. AAJT will not be responsible for any theft, damage or lost, that happens once the vessel depart from the port to loading, in case of any such occurance the issue should be settled by shipping line.
  7. AAJT takes cancellation issues very seriously. If not communicated properly to AAJT staff on time, all cancellations may result in penalties and cancellation fees of either partial deposit or full deposit. If a customer cancels his unit on the day of ship arrival, there will be a minimum of $2000 or 20% cancellation fee, whichever is more. If a customer cancels his unit one week after the ship arrival, the cancellation fee will be $2000 to $3000 or 30%, whichever is more. These fees pay for the loss in unit value and administrative charges. If you have any questions regarding these cancellation fees, please talk to our sales staff. We are happy to explain.
